One EYP to support both our 2 year old provision as well as our pre-school
The ideal candidates will hold a strong background in early years education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills. The Early Years Practitioner will play a key role in fostering children's personal, social, and emotional development, communication and Language , and physical development through engaging activities and effective communication.
We are looking for EYPs who are flexible and can work some 7:30 starts and some 6:00 finishes. Working hours are 34 hours plus over 4 days term time only
Experience
-
A level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential.

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both children and colleagues.

Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members.

A proactive approach with the drive to create engaging learning experiences for young children.
